    Easter Weekend

Hello! How are you doing today? As you are well aware, it is the Easter bank holiday weekend, which is lovely! I thought I’d do a quick post to wish you all a lovely break. I’ve not got the whole weekend off as I am working Saturday (today). I’m sure a lot of you have a similar situation, especially if you work in retail! I feel for you… Plans… I wonder what you have planned? Or are you just taking each day as it comes? I’m spending the time with my family which I’m really happy about. Family time is so important to me and so I really value these…

Organisation – I need to get round to it…

Hello everyone! How are you doing today? I felt like today’s blog post should be a little reminder to myself that I need to get things on track when it comes to organisation! I’m aware of the fact there are many wonderful people about who have schedules for everything. I wish I could be like that! Maybe this post will help some of you guys too if you’re in the same chaos boat. Organisation… So as you may have guessed from the above, I’m not very organised. I kind of just let things drift along without much structure, and sometimes it works, but mostly not. I’ve really just got to…

Pixi Beauty – Worth the Fuss?

Hi everyone, Thanks for coming back to my blog, it’s nice to see you again! If you’ve not been before, then thanks for coming for the first time! I wanted to do a post today about Pixi beauty. Isn’t EVERYONE talking about this brand!? Well I wanted to join in, because I’ve just jumped onto the Pixi bus. My first Pixi Product… I suppose if you had to buy one Pixi product, most people would pick the Glow Tonic to try first. That is exactly what I did. This is one of their bestsellers and so I kept my eye on it and as soon as it went on sale…

    (Ad) Doesn’t Everyone Love Candles?

Hi All, Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to my blog! It’s so nice to know that people are reading my ramblings… (I literally could just be saying this to myself). Anyway, to the point – I wanted to share with you a product I was sent for free by Moonlight Candles. As usual, I hope you are all very much aware that all of my comments on this are completely honest whether I bought the product or was gifted it! Just wanted to get that out there! In actual fact, I think I was the one who first contacted the brand asking if they wanted to collaborate and I…

I’m Feeling Sad – What Should I Do?

Hey everyone Hope you’re doing okay, well if you’re not then that’s what this post is about really. Often we all know too well that we make out we are okay when really that is so far from the truth. We think we need to put on a front to the public, either at work, in our friendship groups or even on social media. But that’s not always constructive. Isn’t that just what everyone does when they’re feeling sad? Very true, yes. But it’s something we need to think about and really deal with in our social situations. I thought I’d put together a few tips for what you can…

First Outfit of the Day Post!

Hello! 👋🏻 How are you doing today? I’d like to know how your week has been and 1 highlight from it! Today’s post… I’m doing a slightly different post from normal (well for me anyway). I’ve never been that good at doing outfit shots. Partly because I am lacking a photo wiz partner to take some nice photos for me (that comes as part of the job description for guys now!), but also because I always feel so awkward doing them! I’m not really sure how you’re meant to pose, and all the fashion bloggers that do these photos look so much cooler than me! Anyway, enough of that. Today…

(Ad) Red Cherry Lashes – Honest Review!

Hi guys! How are you all doing? Hope you’re having a fab day! Recently, I was contacted by FalseEyelashes.co.uk and asked if I would be interested in being sent some false eyelashes from Red Cherry Lashes. They said they would send them to me for free so that I could do a review video. So naturally I got extremely excited and said YES..! Before confirming I decided to check out the brand and had a quick snoop at some of their lash styles. I first of all noticed the prices were very low, so wondered what the quality would be like. Keep reading to find out… My Initial Thoughts… After…

New Brand I’m Loving – Love Beauty & Planet

Hi everyone! How are you doing? I feel like it has been a while, but that’s because I’ve had a little break away with my family near Dartmouth! (It feels like I’ve been away a lot recently! I did my last post on the church weekend away..!) Anyway.. I thought I would talk about something beauty related today because that is always fun. Have any of you tried the fairly new-ish brand, Love Beauty & Planet? They’re so great with being great in general with the planet and stuff (a clue in their name…), and they’re also vegan and use recycled materials in their packaging. YES! Since doing a week…

    Church Weekend Away

Hi everyone,   Sorry that I’ve been a little bit silent this week (you may secretly be happy about it). I’ve actually been away, which is what this post is about! So this weekend, I went away for the first time with my church to Newquay! It was the most amazing weekend, I had such a fabulous time and despite it being a very eventful and busy schedule, I feel peaceful and recharged from it. A lot of you reading this won’t know about my faith or what I believe in, so I thought I’d tie it in a little bit with this post, as it seems fitting. The background:…

    Month of no spending…

Hi! You may have seen on my Twitter, or you may not have, but for me, February is going to be my month of no spending!!! I really have absolutely no idea how this is going to go, but we will see. I guess I did pick the best month to do this, seeing as it is the shortest! My reasons for deciding to do this were simple; I realised I was spending far too much money on things I didn’t need. Adverts placed all over Facebook and Instagram didn’t help either! They would alert me to the fact that there would be ‘70% off, ending Saturday!’ which wasn’t great,…
